Whenever something comes up, they’re always very responsive in getting back to us with solutions right away, and they are always willing to answer questions that we have as well. The only thing I wish they could do is respond to us outside of working hours, but as a manager trying to keep a consistent schedule for his team as well that’s not something I can fault them for.

Their team has consistently hit goals with us and is very honest about different platforms they think are too costly and not worth the investment. When we don't have much internal expertise on a subject, we have no idea how long it should take to do something, and other companies seem to take advantage of that. Their quotes can range quite a bit, and it just seems like they’re trying to see how much they can squeeze out of us instead of actually charge for the work they do. Command C is good at just accounting for their hours and not overcharging or being sneaky. We pay them a retainer for a certain number of billable hours a month, and they update us constantly on how many hours we’ve used. If we’re starting a new project, they’ll be honest about how many hours it will take and stick to their quotes.

If we have a conference that has to do with marketing, someone from Acronym will usually attend, which is how they always keep up to date with the direction our company is going.
