1457% Return on Investment in Organic eCommerce SEO
RCS is a wholesale eCommerce store that sells reclaimed wood table tops, table bases, and reclaimed wood restaurant furniture. After experiencing a steady decline in SEO-attributed eCommerce sales, RCS engaged PixelCutLabs® for a fully-managed SEO campaign using the Organic Visibility Framework™ strategy.
After digging deep into the data, running a six-layer manual SEO audit that combines data from ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, OnCrawl, and several other advanced SEO tools, we identified the following three problems that were contributing to the steady loss in organic visibility:
1. Spammy Link Profile - Prior to engaging with PixelCutLabs®, RCS worked with a service provider who acquired tens-of-thousands of international low-authority links through grey- and black-hat SEO practices. Darren and Brennen on the PixelCutLabs team identified a distinct negative correlation between the acquisition of these links and the organic search visibility of RCS.
2. Thin & Low-Quality Content - While completing the content audit phase of our comprehensive manual analysis, PixelCutLabs® discovered underperforming content across the entire website. During our competitive analysis, we explored a positive correlation between content depth and rankings - a common finding in most cases.
3. Neglected eCommerce Pages - The PixelCutLabs® team found that nearly every eCommerce page (category & product pages) were not individually optimized for high-volume and low-competition target keywords, ultimately leading to decrease search visibility.
Client Testimonial: "I wish I could find more people like you to partner up with."

12X Traffic Growth & $38,000 Traffic Value
After digging deep into the data, running a six-layer manual on-page SEO & technical audit that combines data from ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, OnCrawl, and several other advanced SEO tools, we identified the following areas required more focus to increase The Pet Vet’s organic visibility:
1. Individual Location Pages - Prior to working with PixelCutLabs, The Pet Vet had only 8 pages on its website, with nearly all organic traffic landing on the home page. We took the strategic route of creating location-specific pages with detailed descriptions of each hospital's amenities.
2. Authority - Having been a single-location company for nearly a decade, The Pet Vet did not have any national coverage or links from authoritative national websites. We worked with The Pet Vet to develop an outreach campaign hinged on infographics and guest posting to build the organization's link profile.
Results:
4,620 Vet Appointments Booked
5,800 New Keyword Rankings
12x Growth in Traffic

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am an owner and Marketing Director for Prone To Wander LA.
For what projects/services did your company hire PixelCutLabs, and what were your goals?
SEO is a marketing channel that offers a lot of opportunities for our business. Our goal was to increase website visitors coming from organic, non-branded search.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I have searched through the internet, asked for referrals, and worked with 2 other SEO companies prior to Pixel Cut. I was not happy with the service I was getting and so decided to learn SEO myself. I found this company after a month of DIY-ing our SEO through one of my researches.
I needed an SEO company that was knowledgeable and transparent. But what was also important to me was that we were treated as partners and not just another client in their system because I prefer to be hands-on with the project. Brennen got in contact with me 30 minutes after I filled out their contact info which was a great first impression.
After knowing the rest of the team in the succeeding meetings, I knew we found our SEO partner for our company. They were professional but approachable. Very knowledgeable but friendly. I have learned so much since we started.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
The first step was for Pixel Cut to get to know our brand. The onboarding process was thorough and meaningful. Then, to set a good foundation for all future campaigns, their team did a deep technical analysis to review opportunities for our website and determine necessary optimizations.
After that, they presented a strategy and timeline. Deliverables include thorough keyword research, on-page recommendations, and backlinks among others. I look forward to our bi-weekly meetings where we recap our efforts and discuss next steps that keep our team and theirs on the same page all the time.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I meet with Lissie - our project manager and Emily - our SEO strategist every other week. Brennen is always there when we need him. I send him one question and he sets up a meeting to further explain something to me. They are all super smart - experts at what they do, fun and friendly yet very organized and professional They are just the most awesome SEO team to work with!
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since implementing our SEO efforts, our website visits have already tripled. Just with optimizations, we are now ranking for 100+ keywords for already existing products! SEO is a long and, often, slow process but because the process is so transparent, I know we are on the right track and am confident that we are building on good foundations that will set us up for success in the years to come.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They deliver in a timely manner and are attentive to details. Their project management tool keeps communication efficient and organized but the project manager (Lissie) is the one who really makes us feel taken care of.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Aside from their overall knowledge in the industry, they have invested in the best tools to make sure that their clients get the best chance at ranking in search. They don't do "best practices". They use the best software out there and apply their expertise to create a personalized strategy for their clients.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I am very happy with my experience and could not ask for anything better. Signing with them was one of the best decisions we have made for our company.

SEO Services for Men's Grooming Products Company

Please describe your company and your position there.
I own a shopify-based e-commerce website in the men's grooming products industry.
For what projects/services did your company hire PixelCutLabs, and what were your goals?
I hired PCL to optimize our website and content for additional search traffic and conversions.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
A close friend had worked with PCL on his own website for a very difficult, targeted keyword and had fantastic results. I had worked with another SEO agency in the past and was very impressed by PCL's process and attention to detail. It was well-structured, methodical and demonstrated a level of expertise I have not seen from the list of agencies I've worked with in the past on various projects.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
PCL started with a website quality audit and a 98-element website technical audit. PCL then introduced me to a fantastic website developer but still managed the whole implementation of the technical recommendations. PCL did a very deep website content analysis and keyword research and provided spreadsheets for me to use as resources in the future. PCL also completed on-page recommendations for products, collections, etc.
Next, PCL worked on optimizing our existing website content by providing detailed instruction sheets for our writer or making the changes directly on the website for us. Lastly, they provided incredibly in-depth and easy-to-understand instructions for our writer to create new, targeted content for the keywords/strategy we chose to target in our prior analyses. In the middle of all of this I made the decision to switch domains and PCL managed the entire migration process with the developer.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I am interfacing primarily with a project manager, a lead SEO analyst, and the owner of the agency.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Over the two months since our domain migration our daily search impressions have increased by a factor of 13 and are already 25% higher than we had on our old domain.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The process of working with PCL is how a business manager would envision working with an agency SHOULD look like, but is never actually the case after the initial sales pitch. PCL had a very structured timeline for completing the audits and research very shortly after kicking the contract. Deadlines and expectations were set in a calendar, and most importantly, they were achieved on-time and with a thoroughness I had not seen before.
The project as a whole was managed through a cloud interface that housed the schedule, research and audit results, messaging functionality, as well as any other deliverables. It was intuitive and easy to use.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
PCL is quite literally the SEO agency you have been searching for. They will exceed your expectations on deliverables and impress you with their processes and expertise. SEO is a daunting project and PCL made it very easy to understand and implement. The project was 10 times easier than I expected it to be because PCL handled almost everything. I would (and do) recommend Brennan and his team to anyone.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The SEO process could not have gone any smoother.

SEO, Content & Acquisition Strategy for Tattoo Removal Co
“PixelCutLabs goes above and beyond to take care of us, and it shows in the results.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are the largest chain of tattoo removal companies. We’re primarily located in North America, with 65 locations across the US, and are expanding to Australia this month. We specialize in tattoo removal, coverups, and fading.
My position is marketing director. I oversee all digital acquisition, content management, and overall creative for the business.
What challenge were you trying to address with PixelCutLabs?
We hired PixelCutLabs to provide organic-based SEO. Our goal was to become more attractive in Google’s eyes.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PixelCutLabs helps us with organic Google rankings. The team provides SEO consultation and management services. They also do content creation and ideation. They guide us through the acquisition strategy when we acquire new companies and roll them into our umbrella.
I wasn’t involved at the beginning of the project, but I know that an extensive amount of discovery was done. My company provided them with access to our Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and the backend of our website. This allowed PixelCutLabs to conduct a proper audit and create a proposal that fit our company’s needs.
What is the team composition?
PixelCutLabs has assigned three people to our account, including a project manager, Brennen (Founder & Owner), and Emily (SEO Strategist).
How did you come to work with PixelCutLabs?
They’re also headquartered in Austin. They put their best foot forward to win the business.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend roughly $10,000 per month. In total, we’ve spent about $80,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our work together began in August 2020, and we have a two-year contract.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
PixelCutLabs goes above and beyond to take care of us, and it shows in the results. They’ve increased our organic traffic by 25% in five months.
How did PixelCutLabs perform from a project management standpoint?
They really do a good job tailoring their strategies to our business needs, and they treat us with white-glove service. They’re always available.
We have weekly calls with them, and they provide all types of reporting.
What did you find most impressive about them?
PixelCutLabs puts a lot of resources against the account, and it shows. Brennen is the owner, but he does a lot of the work himself. Our project manager contributes a lot on the content front and even posts on our site. Finally, Emily oversees the data and analytics; she helps with all of the redirects and technical aspects of the work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Having in-house writers on their staff would be a nice benefit, but that’s not a slight against them whatsoever; most SEO agencies don’t have in-house writers. However, if I had to choose one thing, it would be nice if they had their own team of writers.
Any advice for potential customers?
Come prepared with exactly what you want. PixelCutLabs can only tell you what they want and what they think is going to benefit the business from their point of view. Provide them with your goals and objectives so that you can communicate well and get off on the right foot. PixelCutLabs will work toward those goals.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the VP of Marketing & Comms for a climate tech startup called Lumin, which was born when our CEO realized circuit breaker panels had missed the IoT evolution. Founded in 2016, today Lumin® is the pioneer and market leader for responsive load control and smart circuit technology.
The Lumin platform is an addition to an ordinary electrical panel and makes regular circuits smart and responsive. Lumin helps home and building owners automatically make decisions about their energy use based on a myriad of factors including; solar production, battery state of charge, battery output power, electricity pricing, and grid requirements.
For what projects/services did your company hire PixelCutLabs, and what were your goals?
We hired Pixel Cut Labs to create and deliver an SEP strategy for our firm. We have a finite customer base, do very targeted marketing and sales outreach in a new/emerging industry (energy storage) and needed a more sophisticated approach to attracting potential customers who didn't yet know they needed us.
How did you select PixelCutLabs and what were the deciding factors?
We were interviewing another agency for other work when SEO came up and Pixel Cut Labs was highly recommended by the company we were meeting with (and wound up not hiring, not because we hired Pixel, but determined we didn't want to pursue a plan for paid search advertising in 2020).
We didn't plan and didn't budget for SEO in 2020, but after our first meeting with Brennan's team at Pixel Cut Labs, it became very apparent how much they could help us. They came to the meeting prepared, provided data about our website and relevant searches and explained very clearly their process for improving Lumin's search results.
Further, they defined the work as a very slow build and were transparent in defining the costs, work involved and how long it would take to achieve the results we wanted. The team, their technical expertise, and nimble approach impressed all of us. They also are super polite and friendly which is refreshing!!
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
Identification phase-laid out goals, set up road map
Strategic goals and Lumin success metrics were devised. This was a good step for our internal team, as we set metrics to achievements we hadn't previously and to this day it is keeping our feet to the fire on what matters.
Manual Site Analysis and Implementation plan was outlined
Keyword targeting plan-it was very thorough and useful for our team to realize what is being searched and ranking so that we could better understand where we were headed with the content changes we needed to implement on the site.
Implementation - which has included everything but blog writing; SEO audit, SEO content outlines, authority building, link outreach, we also greenlighted having our website port over from one platform to another and Pixel Cut Labs helped us locate a freelance developer who could do that work.
Ongoing meeting/reporting/progress
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
SEO Client Success Advocate Lead SEO Strategist SEO Strategist SEO Analyst Link Outreach Manager Link Prospector
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We're just a few months into the work with Pixel Cut Labs and although we were braced for slow improvement of search results, we're already seeing improved rankings for a few key works that are important for us. In addition, we're getting a steady stream of downloads for our primary lead gen tool on the website with traffic and relevant leads increasing weekly. All good!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
In a word, brilliant. After the initial planning and set up meetings we have gotten into a cadence of 2x monthly zoom calls. On our end, myself and our COO attend in addition to an SME who is very close to our customers.
On PCL's end, there are 2-4 of their team reporting in on what's been done and what's coming up. Their follow up to ANY of our questions has been quick and thorough and we're getting to know them and like this group of people on a human level. Always a plus!
So far we are the ones holding up the works and missing deadlines (not dreadfully) and PCL are always on time. They make our jobs more efficient and we feel solidly like they've got this.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are technical experts at SEO and bring to the table enthusiasm, professionalism and fun to the work. They have invested a lot of time into learning about our niche business and genuinely are passionate about the success of the work. It feels like a partnership and is why we're happy to work with them and recommend them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I have as an item on my to do list that I want to chat with them about and it is to make the projects (projects.com) dashboard more useful. I envisioned more data and reporting there that would be easy to accessible to our extended team, largely so that I could replace the effort of pulling redundant analytics everyday on my end.
We get anecdotal reporting on our bi-weekly calls, but I'm not able to see trends the way I'd like to. I'm sure this is solvable.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm Head of Marketing for an on-demand staffing marketplace, Adia. We connect businesses with temporary workers through an easy-to-use platform. I'm responsible for our marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences, with a large focus on B2B demand generation.
For what projects/services did your company hire PixelCutLabs?
We hired PixelCutLabs to build out our SEO strategy and improve our organic traffic primarily for B2B, with B2C as a secondary priority.
What were your goals for this project?
We were hoping to improve our search rankings and traffic for keywords surrounding the needs of our B2B audience in order to increase demand generation through organic.
How did you select this vendor?
We found them through a google search. Ranking at the top of the page for what we were looking for was a good sign that they knew what they were doing in terms of SEO. They were also far more technical and had much more meat to their pitch than other vendors we explored. I liked their consultative, educational approach to SEO so that our team could also learn about an area we're not experts in. Good value for a reasonable cost.
Describe the project in detail.
They built a keyword strategy, performed various audits of our site, identified where we need to make changes to optimize the site architecture and keywords, built a content plan, and handle the keyword research and optimization of each piece of content within the plan. They've also secured partner posts to create backlinks to our site in order to build site authority.
What was the team composition?
We have a Senior SEO strategist, an SEO analyst, and a client success manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As SEO is a long term play, it will take a bit longer for the results to show in our traffic and conversions, but I can already see progress in the approach to SEO that we didn't have before. Our content is working harder for us thanks to their upfront research and strategy behind it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their team is super responsive and very transparent with workflows, deliverables, and explaining the "why" behind what they're doing.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They have a science to what they're doing, which I think is what we needed to up our game on SEO. But what I like even more is the way they've adapted to our business needs, and pivoted alongside us. When we need them to be buttoned up, they are. When we need them to be scrappy and resourceful, they are. And as a start-up with constantly changing priorities, that's been really helpful to see their willingness to adapt to what we need in order to serve us well.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We have a lot of nuances to our business that have implications on SEO strategy, and I think there's a little room for improvement on fully understanding those, but otherwise very happy with their work.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re called Killer Visual Strategies. We are visual communications agency, and we really focus on helping other organizations take data information, or maybe new brand or product, and turn that into a visual story. We simplify complex information through visual means.
What challenge were you trying to address with PixelCutLabs?
We changed our organization’s name last year, so we changed our domain name. Unfortunately, our rankings basically bottomed out. So, we spent several months trying to build that recognition back up, and realized that we have a small marketing team and we needed some outside help.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PixelCutLabs helped with our backlink strategy. On top of that, they help us publish content on other sites.
What is the team composition?
Right now it’s three people—our point person, and two others.
How did you come to work with PixelCutLabs?
We met the owner of the company last year and became friends. It just so happened that we had a need for their services, so we reached out to them.
How much have you invested with them?
We pay about $2,500 per month, and we plan to work with them through the end of the year, so we will spend about $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started in November 2019, and they’ve been helping us ever since.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our site rankings have jumped up and helped put us back in the green, or where we were before the name change. Our organic search before we began working with PixelCut Labs was around 800 visitors per month, now we’re averaging 6,200 visitors per month. We weren’t ranking for anything, and now we’ve recovered and rank anywhere between 1–5 for certain keywords.
How did PixelCutLabs perform from a project management standpoint?
From a project management standpoint, they’re fantastic. They’re very transparent and communicative. It’s so easy to work with them. Our clients are our number one priority and we want to make sure they’re happy and the process is nice and smooth. PixelCutLabs’ process is well laid-out. They just provided a report on how the campaign is working.
They’ve done a good job onboarding us and giving us the nuts and bolts of what they’re doing. They provide weekly reports as the campaign progressed. We know exactly what’s happening on any given day. They also have a platform that gives clear snapshots of what’s going on, who they’re reaching out to, and what links we’re acquiring.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have a lot of expertise in SEO, but they explain things in simple terms. They’re always looking for new avenues and new solutions to exploe. SEO isn’t one-size-fits-all, and they geared everything specifically towards our needs. It wasn’t a cookie-cutter process, it was tailored for our needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I haven’t seen any red flags.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared for the communication side of it. They may tell you that it’s going to take time, and it is. Some folks want things done right away, but PixelCutLabs will tell you how to get the best results. Listen to them and take their advice. They’re the experts.

SEO Services for Home Goods E-Commerce Company

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-owner of an e-commerce company. We started on Etsy, and now we have our own site.
What challenge were you trying to address with PixelCutLabs?
We wanted to increase our organic traffic, so we hired them for SEO services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PixelCutLabs provides organic search support for our platform. They conduct in-depth keyword research surrounding every product we have. Their strategists help us with our social media handles.
One team member helps us do Instagram giveaways. Another gives us popular topics and outlines to inform the content of our blog. They’ve generated backlinks and content, using keywords with a fairly high monthly search rate and a lower keyword difficulty.
What is the team composition?
I work with four members of their team. Brennen (Founder & CEO, PixelCutLabs) hosts the meetings and helps with everything across the board.
How did you come to work with PixelCutLabs?
I was referred to them by a PPC company.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested approximately $45,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve had an ongoing partnership since March 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I receive weekly reports that disclose my non-branded organic revenue. PixelCutLabs has created a tool on their platform that allows me to log in and view detailed data at any time. It lets me view how our total traffic and specific keywords are performing. We can see how our products are ranking in comparison to one another.
PixelCutLabs’ platform is extremely useful and provides me with any information I want. When I’ve worked with other SEO companies, there’s been a lot of ambiguity. Brennen is very upfront and truthful. He undershoots and overperforms, and always gives us accurate projections. The ability to see any specific data point I want, when I want, is very rare.
I’ve worked with a few SEO companies before, and their team’s thoroughness has been remarkable compared to others. From the get-go, they were super meticulous in understanding our business and what makes us tick. It wasn’t just logistical for them.
How did PixelCutLabs perform from a project management standpoint?
We have biweekly meetings, and their team is willing to meet more if I need. There’s constant contact because they’re always involved and very informative. All of our messaging occurs on a system within their website. They provide updates on tasks and confirm action items. The system is very convenient and easy to manipulate if I want to make changes or go in a different direction.
During months when they’ve had extra time, they still make time to help us. They’ve specifically asked what we’d like them to do with that additional time. They’re extremely communicative and have a high level of integrity. I always know how PixelCutLabs is performing in relation to what I want and expect.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The number one thing is honesty. They don’t make big promises that they can’t deliver on. If Brennen isn’t sure about a timeline, he’s extremely honest. Honesty and transparency are the two main things that differentiate them from any advertising company I’ve ever worked with.
Another impressive factor is availability. I can always get in contact with someone. When I email them, I know I’ll get a response within 2–3 hours. If I have a question in the email, Brennen records a video of himself answering and walking me through it. It’s extremely helpful.
I don't normally take the time to review a company because I’m so busy, but I've been extremely impressed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t have anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Think long term. You won’t get results on the same day you begin–it’s a long-term strategy.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Vice President of Marketing for The Pet Vet Veterinary hospitals. We are group of veterinary hospitals located inside Petco locations in TX, OK, AR and KS.
For what projects/services did your company hire PixelCutLabs?
We hired PixelCut Labs for SEO services. They worked with us during the launch of our new website to ensure it was properly optimized. They also created content for the site and managed all of our local listings.
What were your goals for this project?
When we began the project we were virtually invisible on Google. Our goal was simple...be seen!
How did you select this vendor?
We went through an interview process with about 15 different firms and chose PixelCut because they stood out head and shoulders above the rest in their knowledge of SEO and their ability to explain it's importance to members of our team that we not well versed in the topic.
Describe the project in detail.
After we agreed to the terms we had a kickoff meeting. There were a number of permissions that needed to be granted.
Once those were set up PixelCut set up a portal for us that listed all of the tasks they were working on. This portal was an easy and convenient way to communicate about our project and allowed us to keep all communication and documents in one place.
We had monthly calls to discuss the project and any time I had a question or needed something between the calls I would message them on the portal and have an answer very quickly. We had a mess to wade through since we had 5 locations with inconsistent listings across many different online listing sites.
PixelCut worked with our website design vendor to optimize the new website they were designing and once it was launched they began creating content for our locations pages and blogs. They also secured backlinks for our campaign.
What was the team composition?
Aki was my main contact person but Brennen was very involved in all aspects of our campaign.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I believe when our project began we were ranking on the 17th page of Google. Within the first 4 months we were on the first page.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The communication was easy, fast and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and hope to be able to do so again.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their knowledge of SEO was extensive, and it was clear they knew more about it than the average SEO company.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I have no complaints.

I am the president of a disaster restoration company.
For what projects/services did your company hire PixelCutLabs?
We hired them for SEO.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to increase website traffic.
How did you select this vendor?
I searched for SEO vendors in the local region and chose the current top five on Google's search results. Each vendor was contacted and asked for their work philosophy, strategy, and pricing. I chose the vendor that best fit our company's spirit of work.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
PixelCutLabs conducted keyword research, studied how to optimize our website, and created an SEO-related strategy involving content creation and backlinks.
What was the team composition?
I consistently work with three team members from PixelCutLabs.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our website traffic has grown.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team at PixelCutLabs is professional and very organized. They have a project management and reporting tool that makes it very easy to understand what the team is working on as well as their pace of work. They consistently answer any questions I've asked.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive aspect of the Pixel team is how easy it is to talk to them. I feel I have more access to them than I would any other SEO company. They are a knowledgeable group and will advise on the best course of strategy.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I give this team a lot of credit -- there have only been a few small issues that have come up, and they have all been quickly resolved.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm General Manager at an eCommerce platform that sells a consumer product to 55+ year-olds across the country.
For what projects/services did your company hire PixelCutLabs, and what were your goals?
The project was to help reset our foundation and generate a full-scale SEO strategy - from technical SEO, content audits, to 6mo-1year content and backlinking approaches. The goal was to increase URL strength, expand reach to new customers, and significantly increase relevant traffic.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected the vendor based on their highly-skilled team, high-touch approach, and dedication to create a custom strategy for each client.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
Our project began with discovery interviews and objective setting. We quickly jumped into keyword research, technical site audits, and content assessments. From there they delivered organized code and copy action items, new content briefs, and ongoing research updates before a final strategy handoff.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
As a smaller team, we were fortunate to work with their entire team, including the CEO.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
A 90+ on-page score, 12 new traffic-driving content pieces, a fully refreshed site, and traffic increasing MOM since implementation.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Organized, communicative, give-a-sh*t about the outcome. They acted like they were part of our team throughout the entire process.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their level of polish - every communication, email, or item received was well researched, explained, and delivered in a way where execution was made easy.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Don't be so busy!
Since partnering with the PixelCutLabs team, the company has tripled their website traffic and is ranking for more than a hundred keywords on their existing products. The company always knows where they stand in relation to the status of the project and is confident in their upward trajectory.
