We mainly communicated via WhatsApp and email. We had a schedule to follow the implementation and every step of the status of the project. They were also trustworthy, flexible, and adapted to our dynamics. Their platform is excellent, they were always very close to us, and their team generated a sense of trust. Their agility to quickly solve any requests or doubts was also outstanding. We had to change the implementation plan at some point, but they were very flexible, so I don’t think I have anything negative to say about them.

The project manager understood our requirements, and he responded well. If he had questions, he asked them rather than making assumptions. It comes back to how reasonable you are in your change request. Once you've got the scoping document, it becomes a huge problem when you've got a small deviation, but they charge you for that as well. In that sense, Mindinventory was accommodating.
