• Create an AI-first roadmap for our end to end real estate rental or sale process integrating the key players in the ecosystem. 
• Develop the vision of integrating real estatee photos with listing data and media data with AI, cleaning up photos, removing clutter, enhancing lighting, and utilizing AI to find, identify data, and bring in appropriate neighborhood and community data. 
• Utilize Gen AI to write a persuasive description of the property integrating the neighborhood and community data and publish it up to the Internet Lisitng Services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We proved our capability to integrate the listing, media, and marketing data utilizing AI and Generative AI to create the ad for publising up to the Internet lisitng services. We developed our full AI-first roadmap.

No.  They were exceptional at interpreting our vision, helping to define our vision, and able to complete our initial prototype demo effectively and on time.

To date, we've built a proof of concept platform that automates social content creation.  On the backend, we've built the framework that aligns our AI infrastructure, prompt infrastructure, content creation modules, and social posting functions.

We've had no major missteps.  They've done a great job of rolling with changing requirements.  I can't think of anything specific that I would like them to change.

1. Design the process flow for the best user experience for HR Agency's operational efficiency.
2. Develop a POC to show the use of AI Model, that will be trained on 10,000 CVs and 100's of Job Description
3. Completing the project in agreed timeline and cost

SapidBlue delivered an initial Gantt Chart and then managed the project in an Agile Sprint Cycle in JIRA. The Project was largely delivered on time, though I did ask for a few changes in the journey. SapidBlue Technologies completed the project on time.

Even though I was getting a POC developed, the Product oriented mindset of the team was really impressive. Additionally being able to solve real problems with AI, as they did for our use casse.

For our project, probably as it was a POC, I felt that the project management was quite flexible and not highly documented. SapidBlue team could adopt more documented process with scale of the project
