One issue I’m experiencing with the hours we have: I believe that there are more hours being spent on product management and project management (Edu and Tomi), and also on design, compared to development. It’s unbalanced. We have at least three months of front-end design work, and the meetings we should have in the next three months should be focused on follow-ups, testing, and sprint deployments. Therefore, I would like all possible resources within the team to be dedicated to development (I discussed this with Andy). What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
