They provide clear expectations and timelines on deliverables, and in the rare event that something is taking longer than expected, they readily communicate why and when to expect it to be finished or resolved. Dennis in particular (project manager) is great about taking the time to explain the "why" behind how things are done and effectively proposes solutions to problems either before they arise or as soon as they come up.
