We have weekly calls with their two customer service managers to address any urgent issues and have strategic conversations about any other IT needs or services they can provide. Additionally, we can immediately contact them via a Microsoft Teams channel, and our users can place tickets via email or phone. We have many ways to get in touch with them.

They were very accessible during the process of taking over our IT. We're both based in New York, and the process took a long time, but they met with us weekly or sometimes more often to iron out the next steps and figure out how to jump through various hurdles together. The onboarding team was always available and extremely nice. It was easy to get set up with them; the only challenge was the other provider we were trying to escape.

Our store is open 12 hours per day, almost every day. Still, we have the ability to get a hold of someone from Integris if something happens any time of the day, any day of the week. We mainly communicate via email. We're very respectful of Integris' billable hours, so our projects always start with an email service ticket. The team almost always replies quickly to those service tickets, which are then followed by a phone call.

When we do the projects with them, they give us access to the top person who can make things happen. We don’t have to go through multiple levels to get to someone who can make something happen. This has greatly helped us. If something doesn’t go as planned, then they always hop in and fix the situation. We can get in touch with them when we need to. I have the personal email addresses and cell phone numbers of the people I need to reach when something bad happens.

In my opinion, one of the reasons I prefer them is that they really offer you very personal instruction and guidance. Some of the other companies that we’ve used are bigger. The last one we used, for instance, was so big. They are not real flexible in what they are going to do. You may want them to do a certain portion of it, but then you want them to do something a little different, but they are not willing to do that. FRSecure wants to make sure that they give you exactly what you need, and that’s the primary reason that I went back to them.
