This final bit may sound like a minor detail, but for a vintage guitar store with finicky customers who have loads of other places to take their business if desired, it makes all the difference, and IT Goat went above and beyond to ensure these updates to the phones didn't scare customers away.

In general, we communicate through Teams calls, but we also use text messages, emails, and phone calls. Additionally, we have such a great working relationship that if we ever come across any issue, we can work together to overcome it.
