Overall, we could see all the touches, and it was very transparent. Kudos to the team; this experience was very professional and positive. It's worth noting that we worked in two-week sprints, so we’d touch base every two weeks. It was our work to keep up with them. We issued change orders and development tickets, and we could see them work through the system. Besides, we did a lot of Microsoft Teams calls and used email. We could send attachments and notes back and forth. Our communication was excellent.
