With the first project, our website went from non-functional to functional, which was fantastic. They stepped into a problem where the website was crashing every couple of days, and we had to reset the server in the middle of the night multiple times a week. We’ve not had to deal with any of that since. They really shored everything up, and that site is technically sound. We did not have accurate tracking metrics on our website, and they helped me add that. We now have for the first time valid analytical data for the website, which is invaluable, and we never even had it before. We’ve already seen significant increases in traffic, visibility, and conversions. Over half of our Web traffic comes in from search engines, so we’re very, very pleased with that.

What I’m getting at is when we first started out with ASI, and we had a glitch, sometimes it would affect us trying to finish out the day, and then we had to get somebody on the phone sooner rather than later. They’re great with communication. Being responsive and accessible is of great importance to us. Back when we had those problems, we’d do our end of day UPS picks up here at 3:30 p.m. If we had a problem emerge at 1:30 p.m. that kept us from going any further, they were good about getting on the problem, and fixing it immediately, thus allowing us to continue processing orders.
