Their project management was amazing. In previous experiences with other firms, I mainly dealt with project managers because they were the ones facing customers. However, while working with The Jed Mahonis Group, I had the opportunity to interact with the whole team. They were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. If I asked them for changes, they made them immediately, which was impressive. We primarily communicated via Slack and email. The Jed Mahonis Group set up our own internal group within Slack, so it represented about 90% of our communication.
