We hired Veracity Technologies to fully configure, install, and validate our new network infrastructure, including the firewall, switch, and access points. They also provided complete documentation to ensure everything was deployed correctly, securely, and ready for use.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Veracity Technologies completed a full deployment of network infrastructure for the Oak River Living site. All equipment, including the WatchGuard firewall, UniFi switch, WiFi 7 access point, APC UPS, and the 9U network rack, was unpackaged, labeled, and documented before configuration began. The firewall was activated, updated, and configured according to Veracity Technologies' best practices. The switch and access point were then added to the Veracity Technologies controller and preconfigured for installation. Casters were installed on the rack to prepare it for onsite use.Once onsite, Veracity Technologies installed the equipment, patched in all required network cabling, and tested connectivity to ensure proper operation within the controller. The team also assisted with connecting additional network devices such as printers and scanners. After installation was complete, Veracity Technologies produced final documentation that included site photos, an updated network diagram, and finalized configuration files, resulting in a fully deployed and operational network environment for us.

Azure AD integration ensured proper configuration, automatic device enrollment, and conditional access policies.
Device enrollment preparation covered platform restrictions, Apple MDM certificates, Android Enterprise, Samsung Knox, and Windows Autopilot profiles. Compliance and configuration policies were established for all platforms, including security baselines and connectivity profiles. App management involved deploying Microsoft 365 and other apps, applying app protection and configuration policies. Conditional access policies were implemented and tested with Microsoft Defender integration.
Full deployment included organization-wide enrollment and compliance monitoring, supported by updated documentation and provisioning forms. Ongoing management focused on policy reviews, Intune dashboard monitoring, and device lifecycle planning.
