Their depth of knowledge when it comes to cybersecurity is very unusual for a MSP. They have a very unique team with expertise in a myriad of different areas that's rare for such a small team. Working with them feels much more personal since you're interacting with a lot of the same team members frequently vs getting a new random person every time like you would with larger orgs.
