We have hired both roles through Emergent. They provided top quality candidates that met our initial criteria, including culture fit. When the candidate wasn't right (on paper or after an interview), they took the feedback and refined future candidates appropriately.

They were very timely and worked around our schedules. Items were delivered within quoted timeframes and if there was to be a delay, we were warned ahead of time. Any delay I can think of was only minor and had no material impact to the process.

They "get it". A lot of what I look for is culture fit, both with the companies I work with as well as the team I try to hire. They not only understand what I am looking for, but can accurately convey that to candidates, including observations about interactions with me and my team. This has led to people who are well prepared and are a culture fit for our organization, which is the greatest hurdle in my opinion.

Nothing specific comes to mind. Every ask/challenge I've thrown at them, they've reacted to as I would hope. I've seen them take feedback to heart and tailor their approach to my needs.
