We have weekly calls with their two customer service managers to address any urgent issues and have strategic conversations about any other IT needs or services they can provide. Additionally, we can immediately contact them via a Microsoft Teams channel, and our users can place tickets via email or phone. We have many ways to get in touch with them.

They were very accessible during the process of taking over our IT. We're both based in New York, and the process took a long time, but they met with us weekly or sometimes more often to iron out the next steps and figure out how to jump through various hurdles together. The onboarding team was always available and extremely nice. It was easy to get set up with them; the only challenge was the other provider we were trying to escape.
