They're a small company, but they always try to hit your expectations and meet you in the middle. Everything was negotiable. My favorite thing is how they design things, which is their strength. They always collaborated with us and really improved our ideas. We’re pleased with the collaboration. Sometimes, we wanted them to work cheaper or respond sooner, but we can’t expect more than they did.
