We used them to take over an existing webpage for a memory care community and also create a new site for another community focusing on assisted living. The main focus is to grow the business for the second community. The first community was established prior to their hiring.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The establishment of the new site was the first measurable that was delivered before budgeted time, very impressive. We are progressing on schedule for the other project.

As I mentioned before everything has been delivered ahead of schedule. The works in progress are moving at a rate as expected or better. Response to inquiries could not be more timely, immediate response as well as preconceived responses if that makes sense. That is, issues were discovered before they were issues and the solutions were brought to my attention rather than the issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Availability. I have never been "put on hold" for any attempt to contact. This is rare in this industry. It's like we're the only one "in line" at the store, and I know we're not. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Butterfly Technology could have done differently?

I am unamble to think of anything critical at this time. This experience should be the standard.
