      Jaden was really good at responding quickly anytime we would email or message him; and he was really good at being very clear, as he would often go bullet by bullet from our email/messages responding to each to make sure they all got answered. We used Slack and email primarily to communicate, as well as Microsoft Teams for our virtual sprint reviews. They did a great job at communicating with us the whole time; they seemed to really understand our product as well as we did, which was really important to us and made a big difference.
