KSense worked with us to create user roles, helping us to think through the different types of access that we would need to leverage to make the website that we built out most effective for our need. The end product is a custom webbased tool that administrators, clinical leaders and end user physisicans can utilize to review and access information easily and that was previously not available to end users.

Administrator and Physician feedback on the tool have been extremely positive, and the tool has helped to reduce the amount of errors embedded in previous excel-base tracking, and have reduced the administrative burden when we need to provide department wide reports for benchmarking and MGB wide FTE reporting.

KSense is incredibly responsive, understanding and patient when we pivoted directions on them multiple times,.  Also, as they became more comfortable with what we building, they offered helpful insights and solutions to make the application even more user-friendly.

We had a data breach in our web application. Kelson and his team did a great job locking down our platform andkeeping the bad guys out. No problems now. Our key deliverable here was peace of mind knowing our app is 100% secure. They delivered and even went the extra mile. We got detailed reports showing us exactly what measures were put in place. 

We also uses Ksense to develop a marketing suite specific to our companies needs that required the use of multiple APIs. The tool worked and we saw our revenue and conversion rates increase by almost 20%.

Their ability to understand our needs and effectively communicate that to their developers and team. Its been difficult for us in the past to find developers that understand what we want and translate that to somethingtheir developers can understand. They have an A+ in effective and active listening.

Honestly not that I can think of. Everything was delivered on time and for a fair market rate.

Kelson and his team are very professional, and great people to work with. They all are great individuals with a drive for success, and always looking to put the customer's goals first. They were always able to engineer a solution for any challenge that came up in development, and they were always willing to do anything possible to meet our needs and our timeline. I cannot say enough about the customer support I received. I would use them again, and I would refer them to anyone.

The key deliverables for this project is a functioning and smooth leaderboard so reps can reliably see where they are at compared to others at our company. Another key deliverable for this project will be to automate our competitions to run live along with a main leaderboard. The goal is to create an experience for the rep which will not only include a functioning leaderboard, but an esthetically pleasing website that is easy to navigate.

This team is highly effective and has been very easy to work with. They are able to understand our goal with the project and from that create a website that meets our needs. We have worked very closely on these projects for over a year so they understand out industry and what we are trying to accomplish. They have always delivered on time and fixed issues that have come up in emergency situations.

Ksense use a range of tools to manage projects that ensure we are kept informed of progress and can make adjustments to design as our needs require. They designed and built a robust invoicing app to meet our very complex and specific needs with minimal input required. They have developed a thorough understanding of our unique requirements and design solutions that are simple for all users.

I am continually impressed with Ksense's (Calvin in particular) ability to translate our business requirements into creative solutions. Their ability to clearly explain solutions to someone with very limited IT knowledge is a phenomenal skill and I have really enjoyed working with their team. With just a brief outline of business requirements they develop a range of solutions and communicate these clearly to allow me to easily make decisions.
