Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Develop a mobile app with a simple interface to evaluate the complex task of restoring hundreds of distinctly different pieces of art that interfaced with our constantly evolving information system to identify, track and price the restoration of the piece evaluated. Due to the potential for the app to be used in Wifi and Cell dead zones, the app needed to be able to function offline and later transfer the information.

The app also needed to have bi-directional communication with the information system and summarize the analysis for the user. Finally, there was a requirement to allow the user to reopen an analysis and modify the information.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The mobile app presented the information as expected; the app calculated, transferred, and summarized the information as requested; The app kept up-to-date with the constant changing of information from our system. The App functioned as intended and requested. Users have found it to work easily.

All items were delivered on time or before expected. We tend to adjust our expectations and desires on the fly and they accommodated us quickly. We also have different programs developed with this company and they were able to make changes to our website interface and another mobile application while in the middle of this project.

They provided what we requested and were timely. They were willing and able to work through email and remote communication.
