If there are issues and when there have been issues with something they’ve delivered, they work with us quickly to restore those and to understand what it will take to get things to the next level. We use Teamwork to communicate, a tool proposed by Knectar. It’s also what they use in-house to coordinate with customers. In addition, we have regular meetings over Zoom, and they are always available via email.
