We also saw an improvement in our shipment accuracy. We made the system have certain defaults. I wanted to eliminate the need for my customer service reps to have to remember the details of 80 different customers. We were able to build in certain wizards that you could set up on the customer side, so we saw an increase in our shipment accuracy. We had a 99.7% physical inventory accuracy in a very large physical that we just did, which yes, has to do with the guys on the floor doing the right thing, but the system also helps us to maintain that accuracy.
