After a discovery meeting, Wordsys provided us with a scope of work and a timeline as well as the costs. They systematically worked through multiple areas on the site and built it out to our specifications while providing much appreciated feedback on ways to make things better.

We had the account manager that started the project. He then brought in their CIO and the technical manager that was our day-to-day contact to make everything happen. They were very each to work with and very responsive.

Our website launched a head of schedule and looks great. Even when we were delayed getting them content, they worked quickly on their side of the work.

We had weekly check ins to keep things on track and it was very successful. Day to day communications were done over email.

Wordsys Information Technology was very focused on ensuring we were happy with the quality of their work, and we were!

First, I was interacted with and treated most respectfully with the account representative and was impressed with his knowledge. Each individual I interacted with showed me the same respect and was able to to meet or exceed my expectations.

I have already received favorable feedback on my company's new website.

Weekly check-in meetings via Zoom, used a custom designed feedback form and everything was completed on time in a very respectful manner.

There were on a few occasions where the interpersonal communication could have been slightly more concise. However, I think the over-communication was done out of wanting to ensure their commitment to the project and to me.
