What challenge were you trying to address with UXovation?

We wanted to improve the overall UI/UX of our website to make it easier to navigate and give it a more modern and professional look that better represents our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

UXovation handled the UI/UX design of our website, including wireframes, prototypes, and the final UI designs. They also worked on the overall user flow, layout, and visual direction and made revisions based on our feedback. In addition, they handled the development and implementation of the website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main improvement was having a much cleaner and more professional website. The navigation and overall user experience became easier to understand, and the final design represented our company much better. We received positive feedback; people found the new website cleaner and easier to navigate. Internally, we felt that the design looked much more professional and aligned with our brand.

How did UXovation perform from a project management standpoint?

UXovation’s project management was smooth overall. Their communication was clear; they kept us updated during the process and delivered the project within the agreed timeline. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was how well they understood our requirements and turned our ideas into a clean, practical design. They were also very open to feedback and quick to make changes when needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were happy with the work. If anything, having a few more progress updates during certain stages would have made it easier for us to track everything, but it didn’t have a major impact on the project.
