Propeller Plan has been instrumental in the expansion of our Salesforce implementation. They have helped us design, implement, troubleshoot, and rollout multiple customizations in Salesforce. 

• Creating custom APEX code for specific business rules and behaviors. 
• Creating external applications that connect to Salesforce to display specific information from the CRM. 
• External authentications using Salesforce to access data. 
• Multiple advanced designs of flows.

Having custom development on top of Salesforce that worked as we expected.

They have a great track record of delivering on time, and their communication is spotless. If an issue arose, they would reach out to us so we could determine the next steps. We used a combination of email and Jira, but most of the work was done via Jira. This allowed us to have visibility and traceability of the work being done, as well as direct communication with the developers so we could answer questions.

Focusing on the business specifics, Propeller Plan:

• configured Sales Cloud, using Sales Cloud Data Model, Web-to-Lead, Chatter and other features.
• set up Service Cloud using Service Cloud Data Model, Email-to-Salesforce, Omni-Channel, Service Console and other features to improve agents efficiency.
• implemented multiple business logic to handle business management from Salesforce using Custom SObjects, Aura, LWC, Apex Batch, Scheduler, Trigger, Flow and other features.

To sync the data across all the systems, several REST integrations(Armellini’s own web applications, McLeod(JSON); Sage Intacct(XML)), Change Data Capture events, External Objects have been configured.

To improve customer experience, Propeller Plan configured a Community, embedding it to the main customer web-portal, implementing SSO using Auth0 and making it look like one solid portal.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Salesforce implementation project achieved several key milestones, including successful data migration and configuration of Sales and Service Clouds.  Custom business logic was implemented to manage specific business needs, and integrations were established with existing systems (Armellini web apps, McLeod, and Sage Intacct) to ensure data synchronization.  
Finally, a customer community was developed and integrated with the main web portal, featuring single sign-on for a seamless user experience.  While specific performance metrics aren't available, the completion of these implementation steps demonstrates significant progress.

All goals have been successfully achieved. Our business is thriving. Two thousand consignees and shippers have used the Community so far. Currently Armellini Logistics works with customers over 43 states.

Several means of communication have been used: emails, messengers, online meetings. Propeller Plan’s team has been always responsive, stayed in touch and didn’t hesitate to initiate a conversation. They are qualified enough to raise and solve questions on their own, suggesting several scenarios and explaining pros and cons of every solution.

The result of Propeller Plan's work exceeded our expectations in every way. The developers on this project demonstrated exceptional skills and expertise. Every requirement was discussed in a constructive manner, ensuring that the best possible solution was always found for each issue. This naturally played a significant role in the project's success.
The solutions provided by the development team were immediately usable and significantly streamlined our team's daily work, all without requiring extensive training. The project manager responsible for this project did an outstanding job.

The guidance through sessions, session summaries, comprehensive documentation, and budget control were always handled accurately and thoroughly. Overall, we were very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend the team and collaborate on future projects with Propeller Plan.

The outcome was more than we expected as the solution was ready for use, the Salesforce security review was passed easily and what I really appreciated was that we had a developer that not only built what we asked for but also used his brain to discuss requirements with us and was a very valuable peer to our development team.

Propeller Plan was tasked with helping Global RADAR integrate with Salesforce.  This process was complex in nature because of client base.  We are a software platform that faciliates KYC for financial service providers around the work.  We regularly have to integrate with many difference platforms and Salesforce was just one example.  The implementation process what extremely complex since we have may difference fields that have to be mirrored in Salesforce.  Once the fields were matched, we needed to ensure that connectivity to corresponding API's was also functional.  Independent of the API connectivity to external data sources, workflow processes also needed to be developed within the Salesforce platform to faciliate client onboarding and risk management by compliance officers.  The entire project lasted many months and in the end, we were extremely successful and our clients were very pleased.  This allowed us to expand out marketing efforts to now include all users of the Salesforce platform.

As mentioned previously, the entire project lasted many months and in the end, we were extremely successful and our clients were very pleased.  This allowed us to expand out marketing efforts to now include all users of the Salesforce platform.

The mesaureable outcome came in teh way of client retention, client growth and the opening of an entire market not previously available to us.

Everything was delivered on time.  All parties participated in regular meeting updates and also technical discussions when needed.  They did an exceptional job in supporting us.

The most impressive and unique thing about them was their high level of expertise and their ability to understand the requirements.  This is the criticla aspect of any project to ensure that partners don't go down the wrong bath.  Their understand of expertise allowed us to spend money once, without having to re-do things, as had been our experience with other vendors.
