Techpacity designed and created a website for me from scratch. They were attentive to every detail and were excellent at developing exactly what I asked for. Since then, they have helped mantain and update the website on a regular basis. They have been fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them for any and all website needs that you may have!

Techpacity generated all of the necessary assets and functions for my site to work that way that I intended. They did so in a timely fashion and were easy to work with.

Techpacity delivered on time and were very repsonsive to my needs. If there was something that they couldn't quite do the way I wanted, they offered viable alternatives to ensure that in the end everything worked properly.

To design, develop, and deploy a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) that supports HexSol’s mission of delivering high-quality educational services, curriculum support, and student engagement tools to a global audience.

The successful development and launch of HexSol’s custom LMS by Techpacity resulted in a fully digital, scalable platform that streamlined course delivery, enhanced student engagement, and significantly improved operational efficiency. Key outcomes included a 45% increase in user engagement, widespread adoption of performance analytics by educators, and onboarding of over 500 active users within the first quarter—all demonstrating strong progress toward HexSol’s educational goals.

While the overall experience was positive, one area Techpacity could improve is in proactive communication during slower phases of the project. At times, more frequent updates or visibility into backend progress would have helped align expectations. Additionally, more thorough QA testing before handover could have reduced minor post-launch fixes.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of Work: 

To design medical education video games that capture key physiologic signaling mechanisms impact orthopaedic patients, which students struggle with when learning. To improve education and make better doctors, a small team and I are building out a platform to help with this.

We are handling the web design, we need you and your teams to help us design 2 robust interactive 'games' to help students learn physical exam skills.

Two of these games will be requested to be developed. Of note, none of these games will use AR or VR:

- A knee joint osteoarthritis game, where students will control a small 'nanobot' within an aging knee. They will avoid antibodies that try to hurt them, collect signalling molecules, and shoot those molecules at the knee joint to maintain cartilage health.
- A bone development game, modeled after the popular 'Vortex' Ipod Nano game (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLHIybXCRbA) where students will allow 'good' hormones and molecules into the bone, and avoid 'bad' molecules that damage bone.

We are looking for a team to help design the game's usability, feasibility, and programming of the basic functions. This app should run on most modern PCs. Construct3 is a tool we identified and have some familiarity, but we are open to your perspective to help us understand the best tools for these mini-games.

Timeline adherence, UX demonstration and planning, accesibility to target population, playability, usability, user reviews

Items were frequently on time, however delays occured due to complexity of the tasks. These delays were spoken of openly and adjustments were made and adhered to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Techpacity required both intense skill in Construct3 as well as expert communication skills to take ideas from Medical Doctors and translate them into playable code. Often times they were given, "do what you think is best for gameplay" when determining timing, highlights, and other features of the gameplay. Each milestone was in the correct direction and rarely required time-consuming correction.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techpacity could have done differently?

Publishing a clear schedule, and when requesting a meeting, ensuring that the meeting time is available on their calendar.

Further, more frequent and high quality updates between milestones would have been appreciated to feel more incorporated in the process, and possibly avoid 'mis-codings' of features.
