I can email him late on a Sunday night—not expecting a response until the morning—and he’ll reply if he's awake. 90% of the time he answers even late at night. That kind of service is really over the top. Other times we'll make an appointment for him come to the store or me to go to his office. He's good about suggesting we shift the money around instead of adding to the overall budget.
