SEP was tasked with taking stock of our current SEO rankings, our website, competition, and our priorities. Based on this, they developed a report and a plan on how to increase KPIs which we agreed on. The plan was implemented month by month, with regular check-ins and reevaluations to make sure we were on track.

We have been running regular campaigns that have helped us tremendously in building brand awareness all across the country. These campaigns cover all stages in consumer journey from initial exposure with the brand through educational content, to consideration stage with branded ads, and finally remarketing ads to encourage conversion.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. We have a weekly team meeting to review budgets, campaign progress, challenges and consider options moving forward. In between meetings we communicate regularly via Slack. SEP's team is very responsive, knowledgable, professional and friendly. A pleasure to work with.

They are knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with. Reliable and dependable.

Can't think of anything. They were very proactive in their communication and approach. Having a campaign manager and an account manager to speak to on a weekly basis has been fantastic.

Over a decade of working together there have been many projects, all based on how to gain results in that period of time. Search Engine's projects and team can easily pivot as quickly as our company, which in the logistics industry is often!

We have always worked with one account manager. And that one account manager has access to the entire SEP team, so we get a team approach to our work and projects.

Over the past decade, SEP has continued to deliver, otherwise we would not be working together this long. They have continued to get us on page one of Google searches for hundreds of keywords / phrases, and we have seen our conversions more than double! SEO is a key driver to onboarding new business for FlagShip, and SEP has been the backbone of this work.

We have monthly meetings with our account manager. At our monthly meetings he is always prepared with a presentation, showing us our SEO results as well as area our digital marketing team can be optimizing for better results. Our account rep is always just an email away.

What is most impressive with SEP, and our account manager, is the level of care and professionalism giving to the success of each campaign and ongoing work. We see consistent results that keep us coming back for more.

Recently we have asked for more visibility on the backlinks they deliver, and this is something our account manager is working on as it is not part of the standard reporting.

The campaigns usually continue to be ongoing in some capacity but are generally pretty successful.

It took some time to get into the groove of things, especially when we run so many campaigns, but working with the current team has been great! We have a good rhythm, and I trust that they are managing our campaigns and budgets as effectively as possible, while always providing constructive recommendations on how to improve our content.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The part that I am always impressed with is that if something isn't working well they communicate with us right away and always provide a solution to ensure our campaigns are as successful as possible.

The one item we need to work on is post-campaign reports and they are aware of this. It something we're discussing to ensure they are received in a timely manner but also easy enough for the vendor to put together.

Search Engine People were associated with our main OEM vendor and developed a digital advertising program with their dealership group. The support between the OEM and Search Engine People made the decision clear for us.

The main focus has been PPC advertising. We are consulted regularly to determine budgets, targets, and results on these campaigns. Search Engine People have delivered impressive results with low PPC costs. They also implement our YouTube advertising, providing us with another avenue of advertising.

We were provided an account manager that handles everything for our digital advertising needs. We have had the same manager for years now, and the longevity and relationship we have built is very valuable for us as a customer.

Although being a part of the digital marketing program requires a rather significant investment, we absolutely feel that the payback is there. Since starting with this program, our company has grown our sales around 50%. Clearly this growth in sales cannot be solely attributed to the digital marketing program, but we do feel it has been an important part of it.

They are very receptive and make their services customizable to our needs and wants. They allow us to be as hands-on or hands-off as we like. I don't have much time to dedicate to digital advertising and they really do all the heavy lifting. I trust them as the results have been great, and over time they really seem to understand our market and industry. We communicate regularly via email, and occasionally have video chats for more in-depth performance reviews. They are always very receptive and quick to respond to inquiries of any kind.

The integration with our major product line, and their education and understanding of our market and industry is certainly the most valuable aspect of our relationship. With that, they are able to provide us with great results.

Having dealt with another vendor, I can say that their work and results are more than satisfactory and their is not much more that I could reasonably expect from them.
