They’re constantly in communication with me, telling me what they’re seeing and recommending upgrades or new software. For the size of company we are and how Generation Technology Solutions operates, it’s a good fit. It may be part of their sales strategy, but they’re pretty proactive in keeping me informed of what’s out there, what to look out for, and what we should do as some of our equipment ages.
