Always Beyond manages and supports WJ’s full IT environment, ensuring our systems, software, hardware, and security remain reliable, secure, and up to date. Their scope includes day-to-day technical support, infrastructure management, and strategic IT guidance.
1. Helpdesk & Technical Support:
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and user-specific issues
Remote and onsite support as needed
Setup and onboarding support for new staff (computers, email, software access, permissions, etc.)
Ongoing assistance with workstation performance and diagnostics
2. Device & Hardware Management:
Procuring, configuring, and deploying laptops, monitors, accessories, and other tech equipment
Managing device health, updates, and hardware lifecycle
Coordinating repairs or warranty claims when required
3. Network & Infrastructure Management:
Maintaining and monitoring network stability across both Calgary and Saskatoon offices
Ensuring secure Wi-Fi, network access, and connectivity
Supporting router, switch, and firewall infrastructure
