Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Digital marketing outcomes have been successful to this point. Witten articles have been helpful with branding our products. Market awareness given through research have been very helpful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective with weekly meeting slots to discuss progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very nice to have a 1 stop shop that takes care of marketing needs and research needs. Very beneficial service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Only improvement advice I can offer is cosmetic skills with some of the digital adds. Perhaps the addition of a marketing creator that specialize in visual appearances. This would be very valuable in meeting the standard set by most marketing visuals in the industry today.

We contracted Active Conversion to keep our home search portal current, as well as manage our lead generation and marketing on the site. Our goals have been to increase the number of quality leads and maintain a higher search position online.

We've developed a strong relationship with AC over the years and know we can trust the team to deliver tangible results and respond quickly to new requests.

In my 6 years, we've focused primarily on regular product updates and reviews of our marketing results. Project steps for updating the site included outlining key visual and media needs as well as resources for the update, continuing the use of WP as the platform. Once the updates were ready, we included a draft review with minor changes before launch.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We regularly work with our account manager and several members of AC's support team. Occasionally, we also speak with the president/owner as we explore large or fundamental adjustments to our portal.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our traffic has increased with time, along with the number of leads and sales conversions. We continue to meet expectations with the team at AC.

We have monthly updates to review site activity, lead generation and site performance relative to competitors. In addition to email, we can easily schedule video calls to take a deeper dive into the data.

They've consistently provided a high level of service and quality, along with responsive and reliable team contacts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The occasional turnover can be a small pain point, but AC has always made sure we're aware of changes to our account representative and arranged an introduction before the change takes effect.

Our company refines crude oiI into finished fuels, solvents and base oils. I'm a crude oil marketer for refined petroluem products.

We did not have a digital campaign at all. We relied on traditional marketing strategies (email, cold call, relationships) to generate our leads and new business. We engaged Active Conversion to help generate an online digital marketing campaign.

We were assigned an active account manager and we meet weekly to discuss our ongoing goals and active initiatives.

We are seeing excellent results with a very high click rate on our content creation and increased traffic flow to our LinkedIn and website pages.

We have a scheduled weekly meeting once per week.

I am very happy with the service and feel there service only improves over time as our business relationship strengthens.
