1. We had multiple ERPs and a lot of data duplication that needed to be centralized. 

2. Our operations were not aligned due to multiple ERP usages. This caused bottlenecks in our project pipelines

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• There were milestone targets set for centralization and removal of ERPs. We also got consultation on our processes and mapped it out to make it leaner

The deliveries were mostly on time. We really appreciated all the work that went into the discovery process to help us identify the main goals from all the data consulting. Stratan’s team was quick to troubleshoot problems with us and responses were well researched.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really have extensive experience with big data consolidation. We loved how they approached the project from its inception.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Stratan Consulting could have done differently?

They were really good with streamlining everything on our North American side. However, implementing and rolling out processes for international teams presents a challenge and I feel that area could have been done slightly better. However, we are extremely pleased with the end results
