The team is great at keeping their fingers on the pulse. Not only are they able to provide us with Google analytics and all of our web analytics data, but we also have regular meetings with them. We have Zoom calls, emails, and phone calls with them. I speak to David once every other week, if not, every other week. With the whole team, I have a meeting once a month to once every six weeks where we readjust our strategy accordingly. Their response times are fantastic. They are always willing to listen to concerns, and they are always willing to address those and give us their expert opinion, which we value a lot.
