Working with our clients we uncovered the need for a new website and ongoing SEO.

What were your goals for this project?

Clean simple responsive website with ecommerce. Rank on Google (SEO) Fast load times with functionality blog posting with video hosting.

How did you select this vendor?

We have worked with Top Shelf Media on a few projects in the past. They do great work and were familiar with the work they do. On top of this, our client enjoyed Tom's approach to the website and SEO. Tom and his team are easy to work with.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

New website with a custom design. Site flow needed to drive sales. We worked with Top Shelf Media on creating an easy functioning path to purchase. Wordpress was used for multiple reasons, design, plugins, etc. Top Shelf Media had multiple meetings with us and our clients to design the site. Mock ups were produced and a quick turnaround on site was achieved. All hosting is completed by Top Shelf as well as back ups and security on the site.

What was the team composition?

Although we work mainly with Tom at Top Shelf Media, his behind the scenes team works very well achieving the goals we decided on. SEO team is great, we noticed an immediate pickup of organic traffic and the site is trending in the right direction.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We maintained a good client for longer working with Top Shelf Media. Their team understands the full dynamics of the digital marketing so we can agree on site changes and wants/needs based on how our advertising impacts businesses.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We allowed our clients to speak directly with Top Shelf Media. We had weekly meetings with Top Shelf ensuring timelines and creatives were being followed. Communication throughout the teams was a simple process. We also utilized Slack to keep up communications and share files.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The work and design of the site was really great. But the work after / follow up / hosting and SEO really is why we chose Top Shelf a lot to help us work with our clients. The team is great to work with.

None that we have had to deal with.
