As a marketing director for my firm, I have some impossible expectations. Elevato strives to exceed those expectations and in most instances they succeed. Deadlines are consistently met and if not, communication from them is proactive. The account manager assigned to our account is pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive and kind. They communicate well, and frequently. We have weekly conference calls, a real-time dashboard, and weekly and monthly reports. They dedicated a slack channel to us and have subject matter experts monitoring the channel in addition to our account manager.
