Nothing worked the way it was supposed to, website design did not reflect our company nor did it function properly. The main goal was to expand our region, during the re-design, they only referred to our small town which was the exact opposite of what we hired them for. SEO did not work properly as it was limited to our small town, not regional/nation wide. Response times were at least a week or more with little to no progress or updates to the content. I had to redeisgn everything just to talk to someone who them turned around and talked to someone else who talked to someone else etc. All content was obviously AI generated and not keyed to our goals. Now they wont respond whatsoever.

After reviewing each page and spending hours on the updates, it would take them at least a week or more to see any changes that I had to re-review and re-address as the changes requested were not made. We hired them so I didn't have to design the site, which I've had to do twice now, once for the updates I asked them to make and once after firing them and having to start from scratch.

We all met & discussed what I wanted in a website & we worked on what was needed to move forward. They guided me through that process & I now have Jared as my Account Manager & he has given me impeccable service & quick responses when I have a change or an addition I want to make.

I will say that my staff & I have all noticed that we are getting people calling in to the store from all over the US to make purchases. It started the week our website went up. We are shipping more packages than ever! I also love the notifications they set up for me to receive when someone reaches out to the website for information. This is so handy & helps us have a quick response time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

John Everly at BizIQ our Customer Success Coordinator has been so helpful as a partner in our growth online as a company. Sending reports, phone call updates, and a great resource for all of our marketing needs. Working with BizIQ has been a huge relief and chore off our plate that they can successfully run and manage our online presence and I know that it will look and work great!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective phone calls and emails and they were always available.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very personable and everyone we worked with was SO KIND. A lot of online marketing and salespeople can be so pushy or not explain the SEO and marketing world in a way that everyone can understand and they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in a way that made them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no current suggestions.
