How did you select this vendor?

We’ve done creative work with other companies in the past but we haven’t always been pleased with the outcome or results, so I researched online for well-reviewed companies. I found encite and sought them out.

We began with a low-pressure introduction. encite answered all of my questions, told me how they could help based on their work with past clients, and set the expectations for the project moving forward. The team proceeded to take a look at what we were currently working with in terms of creative and past work, and started to determine which direction we should be moving in.

What was the team composition?

Adam (President) always keeps in touch with me and seeks my approval on all of the work that they produce. One of the graphic designers on staff takes care of executing the creative concepts. I work directly with those two people, but I’m aware that they have a larger team working in the background.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve been very pleased with encite’s work that we’ve seen so far. Since they’ve been involved, we’ve seen a steady stream of creative, unique concepts come our way with a very short turnaround time. They’ve really helped us generate a considerable amount of awareness in a short amount of time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We talk mostly through email when we need to follow-up or give progress updates. Adam’s quite responsive, and almost always answers my emails the same day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their level of professionalism and focus distinguishes them from other providers. Getting ahold of them is never an issue, and they have been completely transparent with us when it comes to their method, approach and the progress of the project at hand. A lot of companies don’t have this “see-through” quality, but encite really keeps us in the loop. It’s a comfort to work with a company like them where we know we don’t need to worry about projects getting done.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I can’t think of anything. I’m really happy with their work.

I’m the CEO of Mozzafiato. We’re an online Italian luxury market for beauty brands, men’s grooming, fragrances and home goods. We import only the best, most authentic heritage beauty brands from throughout the country, and curate our product list specifically for the North American market.

encite is responsible for our email marketing outreach, and they handle the broadcast of all our email messages (among other smaller projects). We needed someone with expertise to help with the design and layout as well as distribution of marketing collateral for our weekly email campaigns. Being a smaller team of only 2-3, we couldn’t dedicate the resources or the time to creating or maintaining an email strategy that we were proud of.

I have a large business network partly because of my involvement with the Colorado State University alumni network, The Green and Gold Foundation. Adam (also a member) came in, and we immediately felt comfortable giving the project to him. encite seemed to be a great fit for the style of our team as well.

Start-to-finish email marketing - from setting up the email platform to scheduling and timed launch.

Adam (President) and Sophie (Director of Content Strategy) were both very involved. Adam was active in walking us through email distribution, list management and improving our responsiveness. Sophie had a lot of discussions regarding social media content and best practices with our team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Their deliverables have made a huge impact on our brand and communication with customers. It is more representative of what we’re trying to be as a company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Adam is always very timely when it comes to responsiveness, and makes himself available whenever we need him. He follows up a lot and answers all of our questions. We’ve had to slow things down a bit here and there and needed some guidance and explanation, and Adam is super patient. He’s very easy to work with and does a great job.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

encite’s experience is broad. They've worked with a lot of other companies, and they brought all of those experiences to the table for our benefit.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We couldn’t be happier with the results and the impact of their work we’ve seen so far.

I met Adam while I was the Assistant Director at Pickens Technical College, another one of their current clients. I reached out and told him about some of the different struggles we were having once I moved on to TCR, and he came back to us with some different solutions and offered to help.

We needed to build brand recognition and online presence for our institution. Encite helped us with our content marketing messaging, social media, and brand recognition as a whole.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Encite came up with some different ideas that were really outside of the box. I don’t have the metrics to share how their work has been impactful, but we are now at a point where we are excited to start implementing the larger ideas and strategies that they developed for us.

Encite’s project management was fantastic. They always met deadlines and had things done when they said they would be - not to mention all of their deliverables were top-notch. We communicated via text, email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of their service distinguishes encite from other companies. They’re practically geniuses when it comes to branding, marketing, and creativity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything they could improve on - everything has gone well so far.

I work for Open Market. Our company provides insurance to residential property owners for their tenants. I am a Managing Partner at Virtus Insurance.

We worked with encite to create an online payment system for insurance purchases. We wanted to optimize our customer service experience and update our old website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I’ve known Adam through some other non profit organizations that we share, so I gave him a call to get a sense of cost and compatibility. He is extremely helpful, willing to provide us with detailed information about their services and capabilities before we committed, and gave us some great advice and pointers. He assured us that they could work with our budget and eventually we decided to move forward.

We worked with Adam O’Leary and Jason Vanderheyden at encite to create a new website and online payment system for our company. Everything looks stunning and has been entirely functional since its launch! Most of our correspondence was virtual via e-mail and Zoom, but all my questions were still answered in a timely manner. Overall, I am extremely happy with our new website, the online payment system, and our working experience as a whole.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We ended up with an absolutely stunning new website and seamless, functional way for our clients to provide insurance to their tenants! Hopefully, we will only continue to see traffic driven to our site as a result of the work encite has done!

We accomplished our goals and worked together well. My questions were always answered promptly, and overall it was a very satisfying working experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They feel like a well-kept secret in an extremely saturated industry, and I will always sing their praises. Adam has gathered so much talent under one roof, and you can tell that he holds his employees to a high standard, just like their work. Their kindness, integrity, and communicative nature have really stood out.

No, they checked every box.

Back in 2015, PTC interviewed several agencies, and based on their experience and skillset, the decision makers at the time believed they were the best equipped to help us reach our goals. We’ve been working with them ever since.

They wrote the scripts, brought in all the production equipment, made the required edits, and worked in conjunction with the school’s marketing department to ensure that everything adhered to our brand standards.

What was the team composition?

I had day-to-day contact with the president (Adam), who was great. He managed the other people within the agency, specifically those who wrote the scripts and shot the video. He worked hand-in-hand with us to ensure our goals were synced and aligned. The entire team was very accessible and easy to work with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far, our results have been great. We have kept our numbers steady, and implemented campaigns to capture more potential students’ attention through videos, social campaigns, and paid advertising.

We have regular meetings, and everything has flowed smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am impressed with the knowledge and dedication from Adam, who is the pseudo-manager of our account. He is very accessible and spends a lot of time assessing results, making recommendations, and challenging our thinking, all of which are, in my opinion, signs of a healthy business relationship.

Not as of now. We’re on the right path and we plan on sticking to it.

encite developed a marketing campaign for us focusing on tactics like social media advertising, content marketing and creative collateral.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to restructure our messaging for a different target market with respect to our SHIELD line of products all while not alienating our already brand loyal audience of high-level athletes and supporting overall revenue and business growth.

We vetted a few other agencies, and encite’s strategic and tactical abilities were apparent.

encite started by doing a brand audit across all channels, identifying main pain points and growth areas. They reviewed their findings with us, and we determined what our highest priorities were. From there, a big part of the work was finding a way to restructuring our message without negatively impacting our existing audience. They developed creative and copy, and engaged in weekly catch-up sessions to collaboratively brainstorm, explain their thinking and keep us in the loop.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the President and his team, including a Creative Director and VP of Strategy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were very pleased with the messaging they developed. Although we were not able to move forward with the campaign, encite helped us zero in on our brand and pointed us in the right direction for future implementation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was effective. They were very responsive via email and available to Zoom. The weekly meetings were run efficiently and productively. The relationship was collaborative and we appreciated that they received feedback well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The entire team had a very strong sense of strategic and tactical knowledge, which gave us a confidence in them that unfortunately you don’t always get when working with agencies. They were reliable, demonstrated efficient project management and quickly aligned themselves with our business goals. We never had any real issues.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We’ve been very satisfied with these guys. I can’t really think of anything that needs immediate improvement in terms of encite’s deliverables. We were really impressed.

I’m in advising and career services for a public, 2-4 year technical school located in Aurora, CO. In my role, I wear several hats.

Their work for us encompasses a lot of strategies and tactics, but most heavily centered around video and content marketing. They handled the scripts, production, editing, and release of the video content, and also regularly work on blog posts, social media posts and more.

We’ve worked with just about everyone on their team. I believe there was a core team of three that I regularly had contact with.

They took the time to understand our business and educate our team about the importance of branding, and why we were doing what we were. They helped us internalize the need for brand recognition and loyalty, and their creative work has blown us away. The entire team is very talented.

They’ve delivered well-thought-out, quality work so far, and seem to understand the type of image we want to present. Even through the event we’re promoting isn’t until September, they’ve already helped elevate our branding and drive the Regis story forward.

We touch base on everything. encite provides updates on progress and what they’re doing to meet our goals. Adam is always accessible if something comes up. I can pick up the phone and know that he’ll answer.

encite is incredible. They have great ideas, and it’s great to be able to rely on them. We rely on them for marketing projects like this logo development that I can’t handle on my own. They’re like an extension of my team. It’s nice to know that we’ve got their support.

They deliver at a level that would make any brand proud. They take direction well, and execute my client’s visions at a higher level than I (or they) could. Above all else, they listen to what each individual business needs.

They do an excellent job of staying on top of our deadlines and maintaining communication. A large portion of this takes place over email, but we have regular phone calls and try to touch base as often as possible.

Their dedication to customer service, making sure that they get it right, is absolutely spectacular. I love sharing ideas with them because they are so good at figuring out what a business needs and finding a way to deliver it.
