Despite its 100+ year history and plentiful number of home cleaning uses, few Americans could recall Twenty Mule Team Borax, let alone what it is actually for. And they needed to get the word out on a shoestring budget.
We partnered with six lifestyle influencers to showcase how Borax is a boss woman’s “secret weapon” for cleaning and boosting laundry throughout her home with how-to “recipe” content. Content to be optimized and repurposed to create compelling, thumb-stopping Pinterest pins that align with where users are naturally searching for cleaning inspiration.

Dial was taking over the Amazon Treasure Truck to launch their new line: Dial Pure. Help raise awareness of this new line, promoting the Dial Pure Treasure Truck takeover to encourage attendance in participating cities.
For one day, partner with family/lifestyle influencers in five select Treasure Truck cities to promote Dial Pure’s Takeover of the Treasure Truck, and bring awareness to the new Dial Pure line. Influencers posted pre-event stories the morning of the Treasure Truck to alert their audience and then posted carousel Instagram posts from the event. Target social ads from the influencers’ accounts to amplify both locally to bring people out and nationally to extend reach.

In 2017, people spent 60% more time watching YouTube than in the previous year and this trend showed no sign of slowing down. PetSmart, however, faced a challenge: their YouTube channel was stagnant.
PetSmart and the August United team then worked together to create an informative training curriculum that would provide answers to the most searched questions new pet parents had. August United found the perfect host to bring PetSmart’s training videos to life. Through a thoughtful and strategic round of influencer identification, August United partnered with acclaimed YouTube creator, Aaron Burriss, from Lazyron Studios. A new pet parent himself, Aaron brought his adorable young pug, Guppy, to work with one of PetSmart’s top trainers, Shannon Erickson.
Together, PetSmart, August United, and Aaron created a series of 10 videos designed to inform and entertain with video spots supplemented by Aaron, showing behind-the-scenes vlog that drove more traffic to PetSmart’s channel. He added an engaging scavenger hunt and a strong call to action that helped to drive even more viewers to PetSmart’s new training playlist. His fun, witty, out-of-the-box style endeared viewers instantly and the episodic nature of the videos helped to create one of PetSmart’s strongest performing social tactics of 2017.
The video had incredible organic visibility by appearing for 61% of all key pet search terms (L2 Gartner Digital IQ Index US Big Box, December 2017). The campaign combined the perfect personality, engaging storytelling, and helpful advice that new pet parents connected with. The influencer partnership was so successful we were awarded The Shorty Awards Audience Honor (2018) for both the Pets & Animal and YouTube Partnership categories.

Fox Restaurant Concepts is a collection of growth restaurant brands (recently acquired by Cheesecake Factory) each known for incredible vibes, great food, and uniquely designed experiences. The problem was…it wasn’t coming across in any of its marketing.
In less than 6 months, activate 55 diverse creators on content creation missions across Fox Restaurant Concepts each month while also spreading the word to each of the influencers’ own audiences. Influencers to capture fresh new menu items, their dining experience and the FRC lifestyle. Influencers also provide a library of assets each visit and audiences were asked to swipe up to sign-up to FRC’s email program.
