      Efelle's project management was exemplary. From the outset, we were assigned a dedicated project manager who was our single point of contact. We had a clear, shared project timeline using their platform, and we never had to wonder what the next step was or when it was due. They delivered every major milestone either on or ahead of schedule. This was particularly impressive given the custom nature of the quote form, which required several iterative feedback loops. Their response to our needs was always prompt and solution-oriented. During the design phase, we were unsure about a particular user flow. Instead of just implementing it as drawn, their team proposed and built a simple A/B test for two different options, allowing us to make a data-driven decision that ultimately improved the final product.       They definitely have a unique approach in that they’re never sedentary. They’re extremely proactive. I honestly think they’re constantly sharing what they’re learning out in the industry. I can definitely tell that they have the latest information in front of them. There’s really young, dynamic people working on the projects. One of the things I really, really like is that anytime that they present me with a concept or an idea, or any sort of presentation, you can tell it’s been vetted internally. It’s something that you could essentially take for granted, but I really don’t. It’s always a very client-ready product. Even if it’s just in its design phase, they’ve definitely already thought through things on our behalf without us necessarily having to ask for it.
