The following pages have been completed and made live for public view: Homepage About Us Products Trash Chute Cleaning We started with a heatmapping project to determine the pages on our site that get the most engagement to guide us on what pages should take priority. From there, we've been working with them on redesigning a page at a time which has been incredibly helpful for budgeting.

The focus on increasing conversion rates through webpage redesign was the most unique and what brought us to GrowthHit in the first place. Their design team is incredible and oftentimes we were able to approve pages within the first couple rounds of designing. Extremely happy with our experience with GrowthHit. They're not the cheapest option on the market, but the value you get from their work is well worth it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GrowthHit could have done differently?

We had a small hiccup when it came to CRM integrations with the forms on our new pages - We have a system where we get an email notification for new submissions and a CRM workflow that auto creates a deal for it, but that functionality was lost temporarily with our homepage launch. It was resolved after some back and forth but would have been helpful if that had been a part of the discussion during implementation

What was the scope of their involvement?

GrowthHit has focused on fixing my website. Initially, we had a chat with GrowthHit's sales team so they could understand our needs. From there, they audited our website, and the team recommended changes. We met again to review their advice, and then I elected to engage them further to enact their suggested changes for me. During that time, they had me fill out a questionnaire about our product and its feel, goals, and what we were trying to convey about our brand. 

Additionally, we've provided GrowthHit with media to build the website. The team is currently working on revamping the design of our landing page.

I'm super happy with what I've seen so far. Before the start of the project, I knew my website's pain point but didn't know how to solve it; GrowthHit has excelled at helping me overcome my inexperience and find a solution. 

They've set the bar for themselves very high; since seeing their website, I expected a very high-quality product that understood my messaging and product. They've not only fulfilled my expectations in terms of quality but their speed and level of communication have been fantastic. We don't have any metrics since the site is currently down, and we're not driving traffic to the site. 

How did GrowthHit perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and within budget and communicate well with me. We communicate using Google Docs, email, and Zoom. GrowthHit's team handled the handoff from the sales representative to the design team excellently.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Anastasiia has worked very quickly and thoroughly — she's been fantastic to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The customer service aspect of working with GrowthHit has been phenomenal. Their designer is very quick and understands what I'm asking for without my having to go into much detail. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven't identified any deficiencies. Still, I've only worked with them for about two weeks, so I haven't had time to dig into opportunities for improvement. After the landing page revamp, there'll be another handoff, and I imagine things could get lost in translation, but we've yet to see any issues. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend that you understand the value of what GrowthHit can do before you hire them. When hiring a service provider of this caliber, it's helpful for the client to understand exactly what they're doing. You're not just changing your website and messaging; the team will be targeting messaging toward your prospective customers, and they'll understand who your market is and how best to reach them.

GrowthHit’s work quality has been great. I like that they’re highly organized, and they deliver what they say they’ll deliver. I’d hire them again for a similar-sized brand. Working with them has been fantastic.

I’ve enjoyed working with the team. They’re on time with their calls and always respond within a good timeframe. GrowthHit is one of my top five companies in terms of delivering what they have to deliver and communicating with us. Our outcomes of the project are related to website conversion and engagement including add to cart rates improving, increase in purchases, new lead generation through blog and resource pages, as well as decrease in bounce rates from our homepage and collection pages.

The Growth Hit / One Day Design team was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything we did was through a Slack Channel, which I thought would be hard at first, but we found a great rhythm for sharing ideas and requirements through the channel and then sharing their feedback and designs as well through Slack and Figma. The team was very organized and worked quickly to respond and follow through on deadlines.

I found that Growth Hit / One Day Design really approached our project from the start as a long-term partnership. Even though we started off the project with just two pages we wanted to redesign, they really took the time to understand us as a brand, who our customers are, and what our goals were. Of any agency I've worked with, their approach to really engaging with who we are and our why is the main reason we have continued to work with them for additional projects over time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GrowthHit could have done differently?

We worked with GrowthHit at the very beginning of One Day Design and I believe they have evolved their offerings over time to include development hours in addition to the design work, which is great for us since now they really know us and our brand and it is easier to pick up a project quickly. The Slack Channel communication has also improved over time and I found it easy to work with them asynchronously. 

I would have liked to understand a bit more about how the data or research on CRO impacts their design decisions and guidance to us. As an agency leading in that space, I appreciate when they can come to the table or to a redesign and say "these are three areas we think can improve performance" rather than me bringing those ideas.

We were founded by Sean Fargo in 2014 with the intention to help people live with embodied presence, compassion and resilience.
