One thing that really impressed me about working with KlientBoost was how seriously they took client communication. We would connect over the phone at least once per week to go over progress and discuss areas for improvement. We needed KB to handle all things creative and marketing -- and that's exactly what they did. They came up with all the marketing assets for Facebook, Instagram, and Google, including copy, images, and landing pages.

They then were responsible for launching ads, tweaking them, A/B testing various messaging, and reporting back to our team what was working and what wasn't. They executed on this really well.

Unfortunately we were hit with Covid just as we had started to gain a lot of traction and were beginning to hit our goals. So time will tell once we emerge from lockdown; however over the past few weeks there has been a reduction in the CPA which has been encouraging.

It has been well organised on the whole. There were a few issues at the start with the design and copyrighting side of things but that was handled with open communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Generally I was impressed with their knowledge in the field of PPC campaigns from start up and how to scale. During the covid crisis they were very helpful in deferring the monthly financial arrangements which was very much appreciated.

Everything can of course be done faster but one thing I have already mentioned was the initial landing page set up design and speed of launch.

We started out with a client manager. We've been in touch with two more senior members of the team - head of ecommerce and facebook marketing who seem to be the managers for the lower level client managers. We were then assigned a new client manager after the first didn't work out.

We've been growing our sales at least 30% each month with a CPA that is making us profitable with each sale. The result is sales KlientBoost are driving are now covering their retainer fee as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially is was bad. We didn't get clear reports on what work was being done or what progress was being made. Now it is much better though, they give us regular updates on what's working so that we can create new ad content and keep them up to date with new creative around new products or company announcements.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We didn't get good results at first, and they owned the issue. They took full responsibility and acted quickly to turn things around. They demonstrated that they could deliver the results we were looking for. Selling online, it would have been easy for them to blame our brand or product, but they owned it and turned things around.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not everyone on their team is an A player. Our first client manager didn't deliver results and was a poor communicator. They do have some top folks there through, so I think just making sure their best folks are front and center is key for getting good results.
