Gatorworks partnered with GrowthReady to design and develop a fully customized WordPress website that reflects the brand’s authority in high-performance coaching and leadership development. The project included strategic site architecture, responsive design, lead generation integrations (including Calendly and email capture), on-page SEO, and performance optimization. The final deliverable was a polished, conversion-ready website with full backend training for ongoing content management.

Since launching the site, we’ve seen some great momentum. In the first few months, traffic has grown steadily, and visitors are engaging more, spending longer on the site and clicking through more pages. The feedback so far has been really positive, and the new design feels much more aligned with what GrowthReady stands for. We’re excited to keep tracking how this foundation supports our visibility and reach moving forward.

Ongoing Targeted Display with 600,000 impressions per month, Ongoing Paid Social, Ongoing Targeted Emails with 100k sends with a re-drop email for all openers and Ongoing YouTube. 

Switching from geogence to target display increased our clicks. With Youtube with our budget in one month we had a 45% view through rate with 350 clicks.  Our social ads produce almost 4,00 clicks in one month with a click through rate over over 2%. This April compared to last April, has nearly doubled the Impressions, 10 times the amount of Link Clicks and a more than 500% increase in Post Engagements. Our paid emails deliver to 100,000 incboxes ith a 18.50% view rate and over 2,000 clicks.

Following a discovery phase with Sea Grant staff, Gatorworks created wireframes that included refreshed looks for the overall design and navigation of our program's website. A handful of staff discussions ensued during which Sea Grant staff provided feedback on those wireframes, which were revised and later converted into layered Photoshop files that our technicians could then use to create new web templates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Based off of some printed documentation and a handful of virtual chats, Gatorworks was able to create wireframes that offered revised design and navigation choices for our program's website. This allowed for productive discussions from staff, feedback from which was used to further refine wireframes prior to them being converted to workable files that our technicians could use to convert into web templates.

The Gatorworks team members were incredibly efficient, insightful and effective during this entire process. They gathered feedback from staff as well as the program's outside technicians to generate files that could be used as blueprints for the new site.

This whole process was one that our program attempted to accomplish for the better part of a decade but due to bandwidth issues couldn't get done on our own. Having members of Gatorworks come in and consult with staff was a smart move that has resulted in us having exactly what we need to execute a full redesign of our site.

Guaranty Media is a locally owned and operated Media group based in Louisiana. We own 5 radio stations, a Podcast Network, and a variety of social media properties and YouTube channels. I am the "Digital Content Director", in charge of all digital media for the company.

We hired Gatorworks to produce a website that coincided with us launching a "Podcast Network", as well as a slate of shows. Gatorworks did everything from Branding, to graphic design for individual shows, to development of a state-of-the-art website to showcase our new content.

We have a great relationship with Gatorworks, and they're well-known in town as one of the premiere agencies in this region. Besides their excellent eye for design aesthetic, their expertise in optimizing properties for digital marketing campaigns really attracted us to the relationship.

They combine style with true design insight on a holistic level. Content that supports Search Engine Optimization, a clear user-experience that funnels potential customers to the end goal, and a detailed production pipeline were the deciding factors in us collaborating with them.

Gatorworks helped us develop the Guaranty Podcast Network platform from the ground up. They began with a Logo/Branding design process where they created multiple options in an attempt to capture our voice through visual elements. This involved multiple meetings, a presentation from their design team, and hand-in-hand collaboration with our team.

During that process, they also designed several individual show assets including Podcast cards, YouTube banners, social media graphics, sales materials, and more. Once Brand Standards were finalized, they began developing a site that fully integrated our RSS host so that listeners could discover content through our platform in addition to more traditional Podcast players. They did a deep dive into the business to understand our goals and methodology, and incorporated that into the design and user experience.

Once the site's design was finalized, they did an SEO evaluation and helped oversee the launch. They also continued troubleshooting and held our hands throughout the launch process.

The project has been a success so far. We've launched over 20 shows within the past year, sold a slate of production services, and are making an investment to continue growing the business this year.

I’m the VP for a communications and research consulting firm called Whiteboard Advisors. We mainly cater to the education industry, and I specifically oversee our K-12 communications practices and marketing.

We have a website that’s about six or seven years old, and it no longer meets our business needs. Hence, we hired them to build a new website that would meet our current and future needs for the next several years.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start off the project, we did a discovery phase, during which Gatorworks learned more about our current challenges with our website and talked to various members of our team to understand the services that we provide and who our typical customers are.

After that, they went on with the development process, putting together a creative brief before proceeding with the wireframing and design stage. Their team also did some light branding work by handling the visual elements, including the color scheme, font choices, and font guidelines.

The website is already finished, and they are currently providing maintenance support for us.

I mainly work with three people from their team: Lindsey (VP of Operations), Jordan (Senior Graphic Designer), and Tucker (Senior Development Lead).

We considered five other firms for this project, but we selected Gatorworks because I had worked with them several years ago, which was a good experience.

We’ve spent about $40,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2021, and our engagement is still ongoing.

We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our clients and partners on our new website. We’ve also seen an increase in site traffic and in the number of people signing up for our product newsletters and reaching out via our contact form.

Their project management is great. They’re always in touch with us, and we’ve never had to wait to hear back from them. We do check-in meetings via Zoom and exchange emails in between.
