I think of Motivo as an extension of my team and feel they are truly invested in the work we are doing and dedicated to telling our stories in the most compelling way possible. The team worked on tight deadlines when necessary and was understanding when my team was not able to stay on schedule and adjusted without complaints. Tim is always happy to have a conversation to discuss any concerns and works with me until we come to a solution. The team is very personable and easy to work with - but they are also extremely inquisitive and have lots of questions. They really want to understand the full subject matter that we are talking about in the videos to make sure that we are not only giving an accurate representation of the subject, but conveying the information in the most interesting way to grab the viewer and draw them in. They are extremely collaborative and we're able to build off of each other's ideas.
