I am a co-founder of a website that helps people plan custom road trips and find scenic drives for day trips, weekend getaways and cross-country adventures.

We were looking for a local company. After an initial in person meeting we felt they had the insight and experience we were looking for.

Seattle PPC analyzed our original settings and then improved our campaigns - creating experiments, adjusting bid strategy, audience, and many other under the hood tweaks. They also offered valuable and actionable feedback regarding our website design and SEO.

We primarily worked with 1 person.

Definitely made a difference. We have more conversions with a lower CPC and consistently appear at the top of search results in our field.

Timely communication. Patient and clear explanation of strategy and changes - especially helpful as we do not have a lot of experience in this realm.

They're professional, easy to work with, and open to discussion and concerns.

None that we can think of.

We were looking to improve our rankings on Google and understand the best keywords for our site in order to increase revenue and lead generation.

We saw their services marketing on Instagram and conducted an interview with them to ensure they understood our needs. We chose them based on their flexible pricing, knowledge and experience, positive and serious personality and professionalism.

They created a technical SEO plan and helped work with our existing developers to implement the changes. They also created an Existing Page Audit so our in-house SEO could update the pages accordingly and keep track of the changes.

Since implementing the SEO Plan we are ranking for unique terms that otherwise wouldn't have been spotted resulting in increased revenue to the site.

Their management style was top-tier. We started with weekly meetings that addressed each line item of tasks to be completed from the Technical SEO Audit they created. They designed it thoroughly so each developer knew what task they needed to complete and it provided clear guidelines on where to make the suggested changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of thoroughness and professionalism was the most admirable thing about them. They used a number of tools and dashboards to explicitly show every good and vulnerable part to our site - areas we would have had no idea were impacting our site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Truthfully, I have no feedback for areas of improvement since you can tell they value quality work and developing a warm atmosphere that made it easy to chat and bounce ideas with.

We are looking to rank higher on searches in our area. Currently, our business is based on word of mouth/recommendations and we needed more visibility in the market.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We followed a referral from a Facebook group. After speaking with Trenton I knew right away that he was an expert in the field and willing to support us in the way that we needed.

Our work together began with a collaborative session where we worked through our goals and reviewed Trenton's initial site architecture plan. Then he went away and came back with a plan for implementation. This work is ongoing as I will be working to update our site using the plan over the coming months. I plan on connecting with Trenton throughout this process. He also set up our Google Business profile and made the whole process so easy.

We have only worked with Trenton.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far, even just after a couple of weeks, we are seeing some great outcomes. Our rankings have increased substantially, even in such a short period of time.

Trenton is very organized and shares all of his notes/recordings from every meeting. He often checks in to show the progress that he has made.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated their flexibility in their offerings. Trenton met me where I was and provided the level of support that I needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything currently. This work is ongoing, but so far I am quite please.
