They would send meeting summaries and overall reports at the end of each month. They worked to learn our project management software and collaborate on that platform. And most of all, they were readily available on WhatsApp when we had questions. We always felt we had an open channel of communication and could reach them for support whenever we needed it.

Also the cost transparency - they don't hide their fees in your google spend like other companies, also there is no lock in contracts so if they don't deliver you can opt out.
