This is much more effective than explaining requirements through written paragraphs. A lot of times, the coder is sitting with them and makes changes before we even hang up the phone. Click took the time to onboard our team and present a tutorial that walked us through the platform. We use the tool to input projects and include as much detail as possible, similar to a briefing. Then we iteratively collaborate and give our approvals. Recently, we implemented a new process document that’s been working really well.
