We needed help with our marketing initiatives.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Local and Qualified manages our marketing initiatives. They’ve built our website and put together all our marketing materials, both hard and digital copies. The team runs many of our outbound relationships with some of our sponsors. We're also a sponsor of the soccer team in our city, and Local and Qualified liaises with them to ensure we’re up to date with everything we need on that front. They help us drive traffic to our social media and manage our social media by creating content and posts. In summary, they’re our integrated marketing arm.

Local and Qualified has ensured that everything that comes out of our company and is public-facing has the same branding across all fronts, from our deliverables to customers with proposals to our social media and website. The team has engaged on all fronts with us to help us drive a cohesive look across the company.

Local and Qualified has created all our creative assets and a content calendar. They’ve created our strategy and content for social media and the website. They also handle our project profiles.

Our main points of contact are Brad and Vince. We’ve worked with 5–6 people from their team.

They were a referral from an employee at our company. We interviewed Local and Qualified, and liked them after that interview.

We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There’s been a lot of feedback on the website, and all of it has been positive. We’ve also seen an increase in site traffic and website views.

How did Local and Qualified perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve met deadlines and stayed on budget. We manage the calendar through Google Drive. We communicate via email almost daily, weekly check-in calls, and I also call them directly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a very creative company that dives in and manages the marketing process for us. It’s refreshing to have a true partner in our marketing platform and not just order takers.

I don’t have any critiques for them right now; they’re doing a great job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear with your vision and what you want to create. They’re great at taking ideas and turning them into reality, so just be clear on what works and what doesn’t work for you, and they’ll make it happen.

Improved search rankings, traffic, and conversions., bringing in qualified leads along with the leads being high quality.

L&Q took my expectations and absolutely delivered a product that more than exceeded expectations. Communication was on point, very proactive team, I believe I called them 2-3 times in between the very constant contact from their team and our account manager. When we did the audit of our website and generated a list of changes needed we were produced a timeline for the changes to be made that was very understandable and acceptable. They also revamped a page simply because they knew it could have been done better and let me tell you, it was better than anything I could have ever imagined!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

After already being involved with another SEO company, I listened to Brad (CEO L&Q) every week in our BNI meeting for the better part of a year. Every week only improves their first impression. I loved most the fact that Brad was able to take terminology and procedure in web development and how SEO works and make it understandable and easy to grasp. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Local and Qualified could have done differently?

Honestly the only thing L&Q could have done differently was get to my company first! I have nothing negative to say or any critiques in their system of operations. I'm astonished every time I check my monthly report from them and the only reason I call the team is to tell them about how much work has been generated from them. They've truly revolutionized my online presence and have been the best investment I ever made!
