It did end up extending the project but it was very transparent, and BB Agency was very communicative so we always knew what was happening and we didn’t have to chase after them. When there was a delay, they talked about why there was a delay. They basically walked us through the steps so we were involved in the process the whole way. We had a Slack channel we communicated through so everyone that was part of the project — both on their end and on ours — was involved in the conversation at all times and everyone was on the same page.

They deliver on time and on budget. Their communication is fantastic and very effective. We had weekly meetings to discuss the mock-ups they had put together. Their project management is the best. They do a great job of taking ownership of the project, interpreting what we're looking for, and creating a design. Their communication is fluid, and there isn't a major need from our end to insert ourselves and make major changes to the designs they put together. They do an exceptional job managing the project and completing it in a timely manner.
