Another big thing that stands out about Utility is their agility. Most of the time, QA is for technical bugs. With Utility, we don't find any technical bugs, but the client will have a laundry list of items they want to change because they changed their mind, or they want a new icon, or they want a different color, or the words are different. Utility has been super flexible in addressing those kinds of requests.

That goes a long way, because you can find people who are really good, but sometimes they’re so good they think they don’t have to meet deadlines. Or sometimes you find people who are good at what they do, but they don’t know how to deal with the clients. I never had to worry about any of that with Momentum. Really, it was a no-brainer for me to go to them.

Throughout the process, they were consistent about providing executive status reports to both their and our internal teams in a timely manner. Even though they were off-site, we always felt well informed. Although their work was always completed in a timely manner, it would have benefitted our office to have slightly more accurate approximations for our scheduling and budgetary purposes.

There were a number of different deliverables, but he has an artistic side and a design side where he’ll come up with these ideas and get his designers to come up with options. He also has this really exceptional editing ability. His attention to detail along those lines in helping the consumer understand what I do and how I do it with phrasing that makes sense was invaluable. He performs pretty well. He is very disciplined, and you can tell he is organized. He always makes sure he is clear about what you want, and if he is not clear, he will ask a ton of questions. I definitely think he is professional in that manner, and he is very detailed which is something I like. As far as project management goes, I am very happy with how smooth it seems, at least from my end. Their attention to detail is impressive. I also like the fact that Chris has a really good knowledge of guidelines that are required for branding and also the website and SEO.
