I especially liked their system called “Atlassian.” It was a JIRA system essentially where I would go and login and I could track their progress visually via seeing what was inputted for the tickets. Project management has been good. I don't love Basecamp (which is what they use as a project management tool) but the team does a great job of keeping it organized which helps a ton. Diana is always extremely prompt in responding to our requests and transparent on timelines. The whole team is also very willing to be flexible in waiting for feedback when the bandwidth on my side is running a little short.
