Partnering with Underdog Solutions has been the single best business decision we’ve made for Carolina Discount Movers. Their team handled everything to help us scale our location and start to be recognized around our community. They handled our brand design for our mascot Guy the Gorilla, website design with about 100 wordpress pages, and a complete lead strategy for us and it has transformed our company from the ground up. What used to feel like an uphill battle now runs like a well-oiled machine. Our phones ring all day long, moves are being submitted online without us having to chase leads, and the entire system finally works FOR us, not against us. Because of Underdog Solutions, we were able to confidently launch our East Coast division, and the results have completely changed the landscape of our business. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Underdog built my original site in 2022 when I was just getting started on the wix platform and that website ranked well but I was consistently being outranked by the big guys. This year we rehired Underdog Solutions to make us one of the big guys and since we launched four months ago, our calls are up by 42%, our leads are up by 33%, and our ads have returned almost double our money in the 90 day campaign. I can get exact numbers but those are the rough percentages that I have seen daily. I have been able to hire a full time office assistant and now have two crews working full-time.

They are incredibly responsive. Told me the project would take 6 weeks and it was ready in three and a half. Avauntee is one of one.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was like my business was there priority. The entire tream was so invested in what I wanted and what success I wanted for my life and for my family and it made me feel just like my friend told me it would.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Underdog Solutions could have done differently?

I would say that communication amounts can be increased more but when I completed my satisfaction survey I said that and next thing I know someone named Audrey was hired for the agency and said she was my success person that was available for me and dedicated to my account and I was blown away. I am not sure where they could improve but keeping their customers thoughts as number one is the reason I refer them as much as I do.
