Their project management is really good. They are excellent at using tools to track time, costs, projects, and status. I always felt plugged in. We had weekly status calls, and sometimes twice-weekly status calls. Then when they adopted the Agile agency system, that really helped too, because we were clear on milestones and who was going to be involved and at what point. That made it easier to plan on my side, because it’s like herding cats over here when trying to get people together. We knew that every two weeks we were going to have a meeting. We knew how things were progressing, and I felt comfortable with the progress, because I knew what was coming.
